The Maine Cycling Club is proud and honored to present the Dick Williamson Memorial Time Trial. Named for a beloved member of MCC who has moved on to a place where the sun always shines and there is always a tailwind. We miss you Dick! The race is contested on a 13.5 mile one-way course with one rather long climb about ten miles in. Every year, attendance grows and average speeds seem to grow with them.
Race Description:
The course is 13.5 miles straight out one way heading
north. The start line is on Route 4 at the beginning of the Lake Auburn inlet and
finish is just past Wildcat Enterprises in Turner. Slightly rolling course with one hill just past halfway point.
Registration:
Registration opens at 7:30 and closes at 8:30. Registration will be at
Rainbow Bicycle & Fitness. Day of race entries must be received by
8:30.
Prizes & Awards:
Awards will take place at Rainbow Bikes immediately after the race.
Once you complete the 13.5 miles to the finish line, turn around and
take a leisurely recovery ride back to Rainbow.
The awards will begin at 11:15 at the bike shop. Medals will be
awarded to the top three finishers in each category.
Results will be posted during the awards and online.
Directions:
From 495 points north and south:
Use Exit 75 ‐ Auburn, at the end of the ramp, take a left onto Rt. 4
North. Follow Rt. 4 North through Auburn approximately 7 miles to
Rainbow Bicycle & Fitness at 945 Center Street. Once you have registered you
may proceed to the start line where there is ample parking and portalets.

Held under USCF permit # pending. All USCF rules apply. Race meets
USCF standard for upgrading. All entries include USCF insurance
surcharge. You may purchase a One Day License for $10 or an Annual License for $60.
